Legal appitite supressents?

So the question is this. What legal ways are there to suppress your appitite? Speed isn't an option and since I don't have ADHD that won't work either.

There's plenty of those around, Hydroxicut is one ($35 ish) and there's plenty of the ephedra/caffeine combination ones that work super well for cheaper than that. They up your blood pressure and you may not necessarily feel all that good, I've only used them to keepme awake when extremely tired (less messy and smelly than coffee and you just have to drink 5 6 or 6 diet cokes to get to the same caffeine high). I always use www.affordablesupplements.com to shop for any sports related stuff. They got plenty of steroids and stuff like that but it never interested me but creatine and muscle boosters that are alllowed and all that stuff is kinda interesting to browse through.

dexatrim is supposed to work though i've never tried it...there's this green tea gum that supposedly curves your appetite and zantrex3 is big in the houston area. sorry, i don't know more about them but you can get them at like Wal-Mart or GNC
